Refund policy

We hope you love your candle, but if for any reason you do not, that's absolutely fine. Scent is a very subjective thing. Please email info.modernbotanicals@gmail.com and we will send you the return details.

You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase or we will give you a refund within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of all return items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping, you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, including shipping and handling fees within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info.modernbotanicals@gmail.com for further details.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We will replace or refund products that are damaged during shipment. Photographic proof of damage must be submitted to Modern Botanicals within 14 days of delivery.
